DATA SUBJECT CONSENT FORM PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION ACT 4 OF 2013 (“POPIA”)

Consent to process information for suppliers, customers, and clients in terms of Section 18 and Chapter 8 of POPIA.

This Privacy Policy outlines how Altlink (Pty) Ltd collects, processes, preserve, use, and protects personal information that can be linked to you or another particular natural or legal person and that can be used to identify you or that person (personal data), in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). •    Company Name, Company Registration number, Company bank account information and VAT Number;

•    Postal address or street address; and

•       Username and password.
